CASEWORKER/GENERAL SUPERVISION FACILITATION:
- Bachelor’s degree; or Associate degree with a minimum of two (2) years of human services job experience
- Valid Indiana driver's license with full coverage insurance
- Ability to pass background and fingerprint check
HOME-BASED THERAPISTS/THERAPEUTIC VISITATION FACILITATOR
- Master's degree in a related human services field
- Licensed or licensed eligible (LSW, LCSW, LMHC)
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Indiana driver's license with appropriate insurance
- Professional Liability Insurance + CPR certified
